From May 14th to 15th, 2025, the 6th 6th Member Representative Conference of China Construction Machinery Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) and the 22nd High-level Forum on Construction Machinery Development were grandly held in Taiyuan with the theme of "Opening a New Chapter, Expanding a New Situation, and Achieving New Accomplishments". Yang Hongjun, vice president of the association, Party Secretary and Chairman of SCMC and leaders and representatives of member units were invited to attend the meeting to discuss the development plans of the industry together.

At the meeting, President Su Zimeng delivered a report on the development of the construction machinery industry under the title of "Concentrate Our Efforts, Seize the Momentum and Complete the '14th Five-Year Plan' Development Goals and Tasks of the Construction Machinery Industry with High Quality". This paper summarizes the operation status and achievements of the industry since 2024, analyzes the current situation faced by the construction machinery industry, looks forward to the development trend of the industry in 2025, and puts forward the key tasks for the development of the industry in 2025.

During the conference, Yang Hongjun and the attending representatives, together with the theme of "Opening a New Chapter, Exploring New Horizons, and Achieving New Accomplishments", focused on the current situation and future of the construction machinery industry. Based on the actual situation and development layout of their own enterprises, they deeply analyzed the current opportunities and challenges, and exchanged innovative concepts, cutting-edge technologies, and practical achievements in the new stage of development. Share practical insights and experiences in the process of transformation and upgrading as well as innovative development, explore the paths and strategies for cultivating new quality productivity in the construction machinery industry, and offer suggestions for the development of the industry.

The representatives attending the meeting unanimously agreed that despite the complex and volatile external environment, with the strengthening of China's macro-control and the superimposition of policy effects, favorable factors supporting the development of the industry are gradually gathering, and the development environment of the industry will gradually improve. The construction machinery industry should work together with one heart and one mind to jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development.
